After a week of auditions, which were presented 143 candidates, was composed of OSJEV for the period 2011. Thanks to his talent and effort, eighty-three young men were deserving of the scholarship that the state government of Veracruz and the Ministry of Education through the Institute of Music awarded annually to join the ranks of the orchestra which has main purpose is to contribute to the training of young musicians on the stage prior to the exercise of their profession, expand and reinforce their knowledge through study and practice of symphonic and chamber repertoire.
The XI Concert Season 2011 of OSJEV provides compelling programming that will include works by Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Brahms, Shostakovich, Mozart, Nielsen, Liszt, Respighi, among other composers. The soloists who will participate are the violinists Jasha Lázaro González and Manuel Lozano, Inna Nassidze cellist, clarinetist Ana Catalina Ramirez Leonardo del Castillo pianist as well as the Symphonic Band and Choir ISMEV, directing teachers Timothy Mc Keown and Adriana Sanabria, respectively.
